Delete your 1c8 account

• Open 1c8 and go to Profile.
• Tap Delete account. The screen lists every shop you belong to and what will happen to it.
• Enter your password and tap Delete my account. It is deleted at once.

Write to support@1c8.in from the email address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm it is you, and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Your name, email address and password, and every signed-in session.
• Any shop you own (the one you opened), with everything in it: products and photos, bills, purchases, quotations, expenses, stock, customers, suppliers and khata. Anyone else in that shop loses access.
• Your place in every other shop. As staff or an admin you only leave a shop; it carries on.

In a shop that carries on without you, the bills and stock records you made stay in that shop's books, because they belong to the shop; they no longer carry your name or email. Copies in our backups expire within 7 days. Deleting cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for everything we keep and why.
